1. Who is responsible for processing your data?

2. What type of data do we have about you and how did we obtain it?
The categories of personal data we process from customers and suppliers are:
Identification data.
Postal or email addresses.
Commercial information.
Financial and transaction data.
Specially protected data: health, in the case of employees.
Biometric data, if applicable.
We have obtained all of the above data either directly from you through the submission of a commercial offer, contractual proposal, etc., or through your company by providing us with identification data and other information required for carrying out the purpose of the contractual relationship between the parties. It is your or your company’s obligation to provide us with updated data in the event of any changes.
3. Why do we process your data?
We process the data provided to us by interested parties for the purpose of managing various activities arising from specific procedures carried out in relation to sales, after-sales service, supplier management, service quality, etc. We will therefore use your data to carry out any of the following actions:
Sending the information requested via the contact form on our website or any other means of contact with our company;
Providing both potential customers and our existing customers with offers of products and services that may be of interest to them;
Carrying out administrative, tax, and accounting management procedures for our customers and/or suppliers;

4. How long will we keep your data?
Personal data related to individuals linked to potential customers, current customers, and suppliers that we collect through various contact and/or information collection forms will be kept until the data subject requests that it be deleted. The data provided by our customers and suppliers will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship between the parties is maintained, respecting, in any case, the minimum legal retention periods according to the subject matter.
Employee data will be kept for as long as the employment relationship is maintained and, in any case, in accordance with the provisions of applicable labour legislation to that effect.
In any case, we will keep your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary, taking into account our needs to respond to questions that arise or resolve problems, make improvements, activate new services, and comply with the requirements of applicable legislation. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have stopped using our products or this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all our systems.

6. To whom will your data be communicated?
We will not transfer your personal data to any third-party company that intends to use it for direct marketing purposes, unless you have expressly authorised us to do so.

We inform you that your data will not be transferred or communicated to third parties; the company is solely responsible for its processing and custody.
We will provide your personal data to some third parties (e.g. Internet service providers who help us administer our website or carry out the contracted services, IT support and maintenance companies, logistics companies, tax and accounting agencies and consultants, etc.). We do not plan to transfer data to third countries.
8. What are your rights as a data subject?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them.
Specifically, data subjects may request the right to access their personal data, as well as to receive it in a common and machine-readable format if the processing is carried out by electronic means (right to portability).
Likewise, data subjects may request the right to rectify inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request that it be deleted when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In addition, in certain circumstances, data subjects may request that the processing of their data be limited, or, in certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may exercise their right to object to the processing of their data. We will cease processing the data, barring legitimate, compelling reasons, or for the exercise or defence of possible claims, or in those exceptions established in the applicable regulations.
Likewise, we inform you that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the given consent prior to its withdrawal.
