History

Tradition and innovation: a history spanning more than three decades.

The story of Uecko began more than thirty years ago with the vision of Vicente Santiuste, a visionary craftsman who understood wood as an extension of nature. From his workshop in Madrid, he founded a company dedicated to redefining the concept of luxury carpentry. Today, together with his son Rubén Santiuste, Uecko continues his legacy, blending heritage with cutting-edge technology to offer furniture that combines contemporary design and precision craftsmanship.

At Uecko, we believe that true luxury should respect the environment. That is why all our projects are developed with materials from controlled sources and FSC®-certified wood, which guarantees a sustainable chain of custody.

Our headquarters in Madrid runs on solar energy through the photovoltaic panels we have installed, and we also implement recycling systems for wood, paper, and chemical waste, minimising our environmental impact.
